Instructions Fillet the trout , salt and pepper to taste group all the herbs together place in the trout ,cut in half the tomatoes and add to the herbs. Skewer the fish with toothpicks to hold in the herbs. place in a pan on the center of a hot oven 220 degrees for 25 min's. Serve with small whole boiled potatoes rolled in oatmeal or you can serve it with the same ingredients as shown on the previous recipe even on its own its a great delicious and satisfying and healthy meal.
