The punt has carried members of the Club safely for over 30 years and now
some are saying that it is decrepit and needs replacing. Paradoxically these
complaints are coming from some of our more decrepit members, who want to
cast aside this little fiberglass hero, which has long suffered abuse at the
hands of our nautically-challenged membership. Has your Committee bowed to
this pressure and bought a younger replacement?
