Stevenson and Jim Daly Braved the bad weather and were rewarded
with a limit catch each., using a intermediate line with a Antermony
lure and a rainbow warrior fished about 4 feet down in the middle
of the loch had excellent sport, it look's like the water condition
has greatly improved and should result in better catches |

The
last week saw a return of the algae and the warmer water, the result was
very few fish caught. Only the odd fish seen rising ,boat and bank fishing
equally as bad . The Fish have probably moved into deeper water and will
stay there till conditions change, hopefully soon |

Things
are starting to look up, fishing is now on the upturn after a
couple of weeks with very few fish caught mainly because people
on holiday and not so good weather also algae on the loch didn't
help matters. the water is starting to clear and the fish are
being caught on intermediate and floating lines. bibio, cormorant,
antermony lure, and damsel patterns are all taking fish also rainbows
are being caught on fritz patterns. |
